IMG_3480 27th November 2013 marked the celebration of 42nd UAE National Day. On Time, provider of corporate business solutions and government service center organized and celebrated ‘The National Day’ with its employees and customers at Tasheel. The event started around 3:00pm and continued with series of activities lined up for everyone.

The guest of honour were Mr. Waleid Bin Abdul Kareim (chief executive officer for OnTime) and Miss Fadwa Hattab, principal of Al Shurouq Private school who was warmly welcomed to co-organize the event by bringing in school kids for a fun-filled day. Al Shurouq kids greeted our guest of honor, Waleid Bin Abdul Kareim with ghawa, oud, chocolates, and traditional sweets.

The programme commenced with UAE National anthem followed by Holy Quran recitation followed by Arabic poetry, traditional dance (yola & ras), instrumental music & drum playing and helium balloon releasing. In addition to that, OnTime enjoyed cutting a 10 kg cake, distributed gifts among employees and customers, followed by surprise quiz competitions, cash prizes, awarding appreciation certificates as well as distribution of awards to school kids & employees for their unique contribution, finally ending the day by releasing pigeons in the air.

This year OnTime celebrated UAE National Day not only with its employees but customers as well. Everyone was treated with a warm smile and were given special giveaways by our head management staff along with the liberty to wholeheartedly participate and be part of this auspicious ceremony. This UAE ceremony equally coincided with Dubai winning Expo 2020 that added icing on the cake and made this day part of history.

OnTime precense in DWTC Food Business Carnival: Sweets & Snacks+ Sea food + Restaurant + Entertainment Marketing

Yesterday marked the end of three influential and highly anticipated trade shows dedicated to the global food industry. This event succeeded in attracting thousands of trade visitors to the Dubai International Exhibition Centre at Dubai World Trade Center.

Sweets and Snacks M.E, SEAFEX, Speciality Food the greatest trade show in the GCC brought together more than 120 FMCG specialists and new business traders looking for economic growth expansion in Dubai UAE. more than 28 countries participated in this Food business festival traders and delegates from Europe, Qatar, Yemen, Saudi, Asia, Italy, GCC, and ME had come to particpate in these 3 days. Some of the rarest and luxurious chocolates, and fresh organic products were seen at the venue.

The speciality food festival met the growing demands for the growing consumers palates by providing some fine gourmet and niche food products. many of these delegates were in serach of agents who could help them in setting up their franchise and new business. OnTime marked its precense and was there just onspot to fill this gap by exposing these interested indutries to the UAE Law and procedures required for establishing their business in UAE.

I must say that without doubt SEAFEX provided a best platform to market and promot OnTime among large international and local audience.

“On Time celebrates Eid with SENSES” (special care centre for special care kids)

On Time’, a leading government and corporate services provider for a number of local and multinational entities in Dubai – UAE, organized Eid celebration for special care kids at SENSES’. The event took place on 10th October 2013 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm 

  Mr.Waleid Abdul-Karim”, CEO of OnTime, said: “We are keen to instill happiness in kids with special needs; as this is part of our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, which is aimed at offering support to the needy segments in the community

“By organizing this event for the very first time; OnTime took a leading step of moving towards strengthening the communication gap and individual bonding with kids (which is somewhat missing nowadays due to busy work schedule). Throughout this event, children of all the ages were seen enjoying their time with employees who had organized fun activities, games, toys, snacks, and chocolates for them
